IT REALY SOUNDS GOODS I THINK THE MOST EFFECTIVE TIP WAS TO DRINK GREEN TEA AND TO EXERCISE AFTER 15 MIN AS GREEN TEA STIMULATES YOUR DIET AND EXERCISE HEPS IN BURNING FAT AND ABOUT DRINKING WATER AS SOON AS YOU WAKE UP IN THE MORNING IS ALSO AN EFFECTIVE METHOD BUT MOST OF THE TIMES WHEN YOU DRINK A HALF A LITER WATER BY MY EXPERIENCE I HAVE VOMITTED ON MOST OF THE OCCASIONS SO I THINK MOST OF THE PEOPLE WOULD NOT BE FAMILIAR WITH THIS TIP AND ABOUT CHEWING SUGAR FREE GUM ALL DAY IS SIMPLY THAT YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR ENERY AND MOST OF THE STUDENT LIKE ME WHO ARE STUDYING IN COLLEGES CANNOT CHEW THE GUM IN THE CLASS HOURS AS WE WILL BE THROWN OUT OF THE CLASS I THINK IT'S NOT A SATISFYING TIP.
